Papadakis Photography specializes in corporate and executive headshots, interior and exterior architectural photography, healthcare and medical portraits, product photography, branding, and professional portraits. We serve businesses, hospitals, design firms, and individuals across Chicago and the greater Midwest.

Every session is individually designed around your needs, scope, and deliverables. Reach out and we will prepare a personalized proposal for you.

For headshots and portraits, 2–4 weeks is typically sufficient. For corporate events and large projects, 4–8 weeks is recommended. However, we will always try to work with rush and last minute assignments as required — reach out early to secure your slot.

Headshot sessions typically run 30–60 minutes. Portrait and modeling sessions range 1–3 hours. Corporate event coverage is customized to your schedule. Product and architectural shoots depend on the scope and number of locations.

We photograph across all Chicago neighborhoods and the greater Chicagoland area — from the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park to the North Shore and suburbs. We are also available for destination work nationwide.

Standard delivery is 1–2 weeks for portrait and headshot sessions. Corporate event and product galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects.

Yes. We offer premium in house editing and retouching as well as large format digital files suitable for reproduction, advertising, and billboards. And yes we also offer a full range of video production from interviews to sizzle reels, as well as Remote Pilot Certification for drone video.
